Why I do this work
I've lived this model from the inside. I've stepped in as an interim School Administrator for the international language school program at both Manhattan College and The College of Notre Dame, which meant jumping into a running program, getting my bearings fast, and keeping things steady for students and staff while the organization worked out its next chapter.
I'm also certified as an Interim Executive Director and Interim Development Director through the Interim Executives Academy, and I've trained through The Third Sector Company. That's where I sharpened how I support nonprofits with strong leadership, sound systems, and sustainable fundraising.
