I'm obsessed with the hidden code—the stuff that's not in the manual.

 

My passion is collaborating with people and organizations to debug systems, improve workflows, and make sure everyone can actually access what they need (not just theoretically have permission to). I've got a knack for spotting the invisible rules—those unwritten norms and unspoken assumptions that somehow become the real operating system running in the background.

Because here's the thing: the official policies and procedures are like the user interface, but the culture? That's the source code. And when there's a mismatch between what the documentation says and what actually happens, that's where organizations get stuck and people get frustrated.

I help you see the hidden patterns, rewrite the rules that aren't working, and build systems that actually serve the humans using them.
