Multi-Department Oversight Provided direct supervision and leadership for front desk staff who managed guest check-ins, reservations, and information services for hundreds of international visitors. Oversaw café operations, ensuring food service met health standards and provided quality meals for budget-conscious travelers. Relief Manager - Banff National Park Hostel Chain Served as relief manager across the network of rustic hostels throughout Banff National Park, stepping in to manage remote mountain properties when regular managers were absent.
